Oranges not 'The top fruit source of Vitamin C'?!

That's right. Ladies & Gents, these are the fruits that deserve that noble title:

Guava - Extremely rich in vitamin C. One 1/2 cup of the fruit contains 188 mg of vitamin C and 56 calories.

Kiwi - One medium-sized kiwi contains 70 mg of vitamin C and 46 calories.

Strawberries - Strawberries are rich in fiber and antioxidants, not to mention vitamin C. A 1/2 cup of strawberries contains 49 mg of the vitamin and 27 calories.

1. Blueberries are a source of the antioxidant ellagic acid, which may prevent cancer.

2. Their skins contain resveratrol, which research associates with anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and blood sugar-lowering properties.

4. They are low in calories. (81 calories per cup!)
